While you’ll find both at Las Margaritas, it’s much more about the flowers than the drink.  ‘I just love daisies,” laughs Victoria Mata Lopez, the owner of Tillamook’s finest Mexican Restaurant, whose 20 years preparing authentic Mexican cuisine for hungry diners reflect the lessons she learned cooking in Mexico, using only the freshest ingredients.  “Everything is homemade and nothing comes from a can,” Victoria notes.  “We make every dish like we’d make at home.”
